• Membership per year $ 10.00
• Deposit (one-time): Refer to library membership policy.  

    c. Other charges

• Overdue library book per book/day $ 0.20 (or 800៛)
• Printing in library per page $ 0.03 (or 100៛)

VII. Other fees

   a. Extra curricular $ 1.00- $5.00 (if enrolled in the course) 

    b. Transcript $ 3.00 upon request only

    c. Verification letter $ 3.00 upon request only

    d. Certified copy $ 0.25 per copy

    e. Replacement of student ID card $ 2.50

VIII. Other costs consideration for student and their supporter:

    a. Book allowance $ 8.00 per month

    b. Pocket allowance $ 22.00 per month

    c. Meals $ 4.00 per day

    d. Field ministry (in Phnom Penh) $25~$35 per month

IX. Refund Policy (only for Tuition & Dorm fee, all other fees are not refundable)

    a. Associate and Bachelor tuition fee by semester: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.

    b. Tuition fee by month: Non refundable.

    c. Credit-hour course fee: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 80%.

    d. Master of Arts tuition fee: Non refundable 2 weeks after the course starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.

    e. Dorm fee by semester: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.

    f. Dorm fee by month: Non refundable.

X. Payment Requirement

           If the student does not pay any of the fee requirements before student review day, the student may not be allowed to proceed to the next semester or class.
